Forms of Presentation
Oral presentation:
Oral presentations will be divided into 2 sessions per day. Participants will have a predetermined time for presentation followed by discussion.
Poster presentation:
Poster presentations will be divided into 2 sessions per day. Participants will have a predetermined time for presentation followed by a discussion.
Specifications: 70 cm in width and 100 cm in length. Posters must include the title of the presentation, name of the author(s), introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion and conclusion. The authors may prepare hand-out materials to distribute during the poster session. A discussion time will be reserved for each poster session. Requirements or tools for setting up posters must be provided by the presenters of posters who are kindly requested to stay with their posters during the discussion period.
Time Allocated
10 minutes are allocated for BOTH the presentation and the discussion.
NB: Allowed time may vary according to number of participants in each session.
Scientific jury
The jury invited for these sessions consists of internationally renowned faculty members from Ain Shams University.
Official language
The official language is English, which will be used in every session of the congress with no simultaneous translation or interpretation.
Publications
All the selected abstracts for the 18th AIMSC will be published in the congress book.
Certificates
A certificate of attendance will be issued to ALL registered participants.
Awards
Four prizes are awarded at the end of the conference to the winners and runner-ups for both the oral and poster presentations.
- Oral and poster presentation winners will receive 500 Euros each.
- Oral and poster presentation runner-ups will acquire a place in our annual summer school.
